Profile:
Current Treasurer and former Reserve team skipper, Roy joined the club at the start of the 2004/5 season, and spent the majority of the season either missing games or missing goals (he seemed to find both quite easy). He did however hit a belter of a goal in the home match against Virginia Water Reserves, at which point he stupidly put a bet on that he would outscore Si Peat by the end of the season. The smug grin on Si's face as he walked off with Roy's crisp tenner will live with him for a long time, however it seems he hasn't learnt his lesson, losing another tenner to Si the following season, and more recently placing a similar bet with perennial goal hanger Adam Norwood. However, Roy has found a way to improve his goalscoring record, by insisting on taking every single penalty, even when other players are on hat tricks. He nearly led the Reserves to a trophy in 2008-9, but alas his team (without Roy - injured again) fell at the final hurdle, an outcome that as a Spurs fan he is more than used to.
